Note: We provide many component parts for Hillsdale Furniture, please read the product name and description prior to ordering to make sure you are ordering the right item or parts. Free Ground Shipping
This will be either curbside freight or UPS/Fedex ground shipping to your home.
For Curbside Freight (Large Items) - You will receive a waybill # once the order ships. The delivery company will contact you with a typical 2-4 hour window for delivery. The driver will arrive at your home and you will be responsible for moving and carrying the product from the back of your truck into your home. If you ordered a very large item, please keep in mind that you might need additional people to help you unload and carry the item. Most truck companies offer additional services to help you move the packages from the truck into your home. Once you receive your tracking information, you can contact the shipper and/or shipping company directly to inquire about additional fees and services.
NOTE: Please inspect the package upon delivery and make sure there are no damages before the driver leaves. If there is, please mark all damages on the bill of lading before signing it off. By signing off the bill of lading without damages, you are confirming receipt of the package in proper condition.
- For Small Parcel - You will receive a UPS, Fedex, or USPS tracking #. We generally ship smaller, lighter items through UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Usually, these items will arrive between 2-5 business days after they leave the warehouse. We do not require a signature for these types of deliveries unless requested by the customer.
White Glove Delivery:
Most of our items ship via white glove platinum service, our premier delivery service. There is no need to do anything other than be available to open the door when the delivery company arrives. Please see the different types of White Glove Delivery below:
White Glove Bronze - 2-person delivery, inside the threshold, stair carries (up to two (2) flights prior to the threshold). If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage. Please note: If you have more than two flights of stairs an additional fee will apply.
White Glove Silver - 2-person delivery, inside placement, stair carries (up to two (2) flights prior to the threshold). Please note: If you have more than two flights of stairs an additional fee will apply.
White Glove Gold - 2-person delivery, inside placement, stair carries (up to two (2) flights prior to the threshold). Includes unpacking, debris removal, and set-up limited to 15 minutes (and no usage of tools). Please note: If you have more than two flights of stairs an additional fee will apply.
White Glove Platinum - The 2-man shipping crew will deliver the products into your house and carry them up or down up to two flights of stairs if necessary. Once the product is in the room of your choice, the shipper will unpack the product and do a basic setup of the product limited to 30 minutes. They will also remove and dispose of all debris and packaging if requested by the customer. Please note: If you have more than two flights of stairs an additional fee will apply.

We shipped our products with UPS, Fedex, LTL, or HomeDirectUSA (White Glove Delivery). All of our shipments are insured so you don't have to worry about your package being lost or stolen. Please contact us if there is any issue with your package.
The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order gets processed, or you may click on the order status from the order confirmation e-mail. With the tracking #, you may use our order status page to check the status of your package.
